Private Dicks are a blues/rock band based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. A four piece hard drivin' band delivering US influenced R&B (Rhythm & Blues, not the current stuff labelled as R&B). The band's first gig was at The White Lion in Todmorden in 1979 and after 35 years in the business there's a name change imminent. Look out for Jake and the Blue Snakes from 2014. The band are:
