Special Blues Bus Routes to and from Hebden

Conscious of the fact that Hebden Bridge accommodation is limited, we are putting on some extra bus/coach routes to get people staying in outlying areas to the gigs.

The routes to be covered are as follows; Burnley via Todmorden, Halifax, and thirdly a route up to Blackshaw Head and other locations on the "tops".

These services will be free to ticketholders.

Buses will leave each destination in time to arrive in Hebden Bridge for 11.30am and 7.30pm. They will then make return journeys departing at 8.30pm and 1am.

God loves the Blues

This is a quote from the Rev Marcus Bull whose Hope Baptist church is hosting the Guitarzone Acoustic Stage.

"I have always been a fan of the blues, and I'm thrilled that the church is able to host some of the music for the Blues Festival. It seems a good way to use the chapel, and it's great for the community to come into our space on their own terms."
